The hotel is amazing and the front desk staff are wonderful, Ms R Mai, Ms V Murvai and Ms D Neamtu were very friendly, kind and helpful. Im glad we could enjoy our stay in Germany with The Welcome Hotel in Neckarsulm. I would come back again and recommend it to anyone

I stayed only one night, but very comfortable. Parking is little bit more than expected, they take 15 EUR . I took the summer deal. I liked the reception large elevaters, restaurant in the hotel. Perfect breakfast. Sauna and fitness missing the dresing room, however very nice as well.

The hotel is lovely and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I reached out via email before making a reservation because I needed a suite with a sofa bed, and their responses were prompt and informative. Our flight arrived at 10 am, so we needed an early check-in. They arranged early check-in for us, which was very helpful. Check-in was efficient, and the suite was not only clean but also very pleasant. Traveling with two kids, it provided the perfect space for our family of four. I only wish we could have extended our stay. Onsite parking is available with a surcharge, which was a convenient feature. The breakfast options were great, offering a wide selection. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. There were no issues with noise; we didn't hear any train disruptions.

We got to this hotel by chance. We needed to make stop during a long journey Holland-Munich. We were pleasantly surprised. Very nice atmosphere, interesting and tasteful interior design. Nice spacious rooms, although the train tracks are just a stone-throw away, the room was very quiet. Very comfortable beds. Very kind and friendly personnel. We had dinner at their restaurant “Alte Post’ and had an excellent dinner for a reasonable price. Vegetarian options were available and delicious. Kitchen is open until 21.30, but at 22.00 we could still order a dessert that had to be made fresh for us (apple fritters). Overall we would warmly recommend this hotel.

We spent 4 nights at the Welcome Hotel with our family. We also have a little hotel at home, but we return home with a lot of ideas during our stay here. Vanessa was very nice and helpful, she waited for us, explained everything in detail and answered with a smile if I had any questions. The rooms are big and clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathtub is the best thing about the room! ☺️ And the breakfast is amazing!!! We will definitely come back! Thanks everything!

I highly recommend the hotel. We stayed one night and booked it with the Sinsheim theme ticket included. It's 20 minutes from the Therme, but it's a very clean and organized hotel with free parking, breakfast, and nice rooms.
